These flanges fit with all the Dico packaged buffing wheels to allow their use with 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" or 7/8" arbor sizes.  Sold as a pack of 10 individual flanges, you need 2 flanges per buffing wheel to center the buff on the spindle.  All made in USA!
