Nonwoven abrasive material is manufactured on a airway type rim:  4 ply of material. 

Ideal for blending metal surfaces, removing rust or weld scale or preparing surfaces for mirror finishing. Use with airway flanges sold seperately for centering and user safety.  

Medium grade.
